A custom website is perfect for the agent that is trying to brand themselves and want their online branding to match what they do offline. Because these websites are custom designed, they are also maintained my Virtual Tidewater. A typical custom website starts at $500 for the initial design. (For a flash intro (moving pictures) add an additional $100. The price can change depending on the amount of stock photos and other personalization. Updates made after the initial design are billed monthly at $25/hour along with a $20/month hosting fee.

A TopProducer® template website: After doing much research, as far as template websites are concerned, TopProducer® websites are a great value. There is a one time $99 Set up fee and $34.95/month. Virtual Tidewater will assist you in personalizing your TopProducer website for no charge if you order from Virtual Tidewater directly.
