CFC Web Services Terms and
Conditions For Virtual Tours.

Order Procedure: Fill out online form or print and FAX order form to 1-866-783-7757.

You will be contacted by phone to schedule an appointment according to the following procedure:
Orders placed before 4 pm EST are contacted the same business day.
Orders placed after 4 pm EST or on the weekend will be contacted the following business day by 12 noon.

An e-mail confirmation of total charge will be sent as soon as possible. If charges are not what you expected please contact CFC Web Services before appointment to clarify charges. If no appointment is necessary (REIN lockbox or agent supplied photo slide show), contact CFC Web Services within 24 hours of e-mail confirmation.

If no appointment is necessary (REIN lockbox or agent supplied photo slideshow), you will receive an e-mail confirmation only (unless further clarification is needed).

Order Fulfillment: CFC will do it's best to provide your tour to you as quickly as possible. After photos have been taken, expect to receive a link to your tour in less than 48 hours.

Cancelled Appointments: Appointments may be cancelled with no penalty with 24 hours advanced notice.

Second Trip: Occasionally a second trip is required. If a second trip is required because the property is not ready to show or access to the home is not available (Appointment No Shows) a $35 trip charge will be assessed. If the weather is not cooperating (i.e. rain, snow, tropical storm), CFC may still wish to take interior photos and will return at a later time to take exterior photos at no charge. It is the sole discretion of CFC Web Services whether interior pictures will be taken on bad weather days.

Order Cancellation: If photos have already been taken, but tour not produced, you may cancel your order with a $35 fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of floor plan if floor plan has already been measured.

Hosting: CFC Web Services will host your tour on their website until agent requests removal.
Payment: CFC web services has several methods available for payment. Billing for Virtual Tours will be done according to the agreed upon method at the time of account set-up.
Property Information and Floor Plans: Agent is responsible for reviewing the tour for accuracy of listing information. CFC Web Services is not responsible for any mis-information. CFC Web Services spends many hours insuring that floor plans are as accurate as possible. CFC Web Services is not an appraiser, architect or engineer, therefore, floor plans are approximate renderings of the home and are only to be used as marketing material. Agent, Seller, and/or Buyer should not rely on it for any specific measurements.
