Now that you have a virtual tour, what do you do with it?

Advertise it where ever you advertise the listing!

Get an unique URL for easy advertising purposes (CFC will set this up for you for $15) - Then you can easily advertise the tour (ex. 123mainstreet.com)

Put the link on your website: (Don't have a website, but want an affordable one page option for buyers to view your listings online? CFC can set up a simple page for you that you can feature your listings easily)

Check with your company website. Many of them allow you to add a virtual tour link

Use the unbranded tour link in the MLS public remarks

Recommended sites for posting your virtual tour:


Zillow.com - post the virtual tour address where it says "related website" (FREE)

craiglist.com - place an ad with a link to the virtual tour (FREE)

postlets.com to post in full color ads (FREE) (You can put the VT link in description category- but must use postlets plus ($5) to have a more prominent link to virtual tour) (postlets will submit your ad to all of these sites)

base.google.com (FREE) - post a link to the virtual tour in the description section

hotpads.com (FREE) - post virtual tour link for property website

kijiji.com (FREE) - post link in description portion

harmonhomes.com (FREE) - there is a field for the virtual tour link
